Out of the local area checks will be accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
A $35.00 fee will be assessed for any return checks.
All items sold "as is" with no warranties or guaranties written or implied from Auctioneer or Seller.
Dealers must provide a copy of valid state tax permit and sign a certification of sales/use tax exemption.
Payment must be made in full on the day of sale.
Complete settlement must be made before removal of items
Buyer is responsible for all purchases immediately and assumes responsibility for any special needs removal may require.
