The BIDDER CONTRACT entered into is between the BIDDER whose name is entered below and the AUCTIONEER.  Bidder agrees that the terms listed below shall govern this transaction and he/she accepts them .

1.  All items must be paid for in full before Bidder takes possession of item or items are shipped.  Bidder is responsible for shipping charges. Payment for purchases must be made by cashiers check, electronic fund transfer or major credit card.  A deposit of 30% is required on absentee bids. This deposit is non-refundable to winning bidders who do not complete the transaction. OKlahoma residents must pay sales tax.   

2.  ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. Descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to the auction are believed to be correct and every effort has been made to make accurate representations of items.  Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Auctioneers shall be construed as a warranty either expressed or implied.
